fasten and unfasten your seat belts. 
Cabin attendants are
showing the location of the emergency exits. Please note the nearest to your
seat. An illuminated escape path marking will help you to reach the exits.
If necessary, an
oxygen mask will automatically drop from the unit above your seat.
The life jacket is
under your seat.
